Since graduating from Baylor University in 1997
with a degree in Telecommunications, David has
worked in all areas of Television and Video
Production. With a well-rounded ability to write,
shoot, and edit, he's produced hundreds of
promotional video spots and used nearly every
camera and editing system in the industry. After
years in local news at Fox 13 and Action News 5,
David pursued freelance opportunities in
California, Seattle, Nashville and always at home
in Memphis, with credits on MTV and ESPN. He
currently heads up Drumfish Productions, is on
contract with Memphis Media and Law Media
Productions, and is a Certified Legal Video
Specialist with the National Court Reporter's
Association. David is committed to our mission
and ready to take your law firm to a new
'multimedia' level.

podcasting, and streaming media since 2005.
At Law Media Productions, Jason designs and
creates stylish, informative graphics and
animations for use in court and settlement
documentaries, but creating video time-lines and
high-quality documentaries is only part of his
job; Jason also transfers & syncs video
depositions to DVD, CD, or any other format
needed for viewing.

Rob spent 25 years in the Broadcasting
Business before co-founding Law Media
Productions, a division of Memphis Media, LLC
in 2002. Rob is a Certified Legal Video
Specialist under the National Court Reporters
Association. Along with handling the day to day
operations of Law Media Productions, his
primary focus is trial support, day in the life
videos and producing settlement documentaries.
Rob spent 23 years as a Producer, Reporter
and Anchor at Fox 13 in Memphis. While
working at Fox, Rob received the Associate
Press Documentary of the year award for large
market television stations in Tennessee for
"Titanic, Tragedy and Treasure". Rob was the
Fox 13 Medical reporter for several years and
spent thousands of days reporting live from the
streets of Memphis. Rob has a B.A. in Business
Management and a B.S. in Communication and
Theatre Arts from Davis Elkins College, in
Elkins, West Virgina.

Jan is a behavioral analyst and teaching
specialist. She creates processes and controls
that significantly improve technical and
presentation scenarios in both the aviation and
legal industries. Experienced in establishing
human resource and technical best practices to
airline pilot applicants as well as physical and
technical performance in legal trial matters to
participants; Jan quickly identifies problem
informational areas and develops resolution
practices in both industries. Jan is qualified to
teach technical skills related to all phases of
aviation certification acquisition; successful
human resource presentation and Federal
Aviation Administration test taking; and
understanding and adherence to all Federal
Aviation Regulatory requirements.
Jan is a documentary specialist, having written
settlement videos contributing to the closure of
over twenty-five million dollars in liability cases.
She is also Law Media Productions' focus group
facilitator and moderator, subscribing to theories
and procedures by recognized specialists
including David Ball and Howard Nations.
With over 10,000 flight hours and instruction
based on the Fundamentals of Instruction, Jan's
certified and practiced expertise is of great value
to attorneys teaching their cases to jurors. Jan
works with our team of graphic designers to
analyze your case; determine facts that need
